offer everything from sports camps, technology, and the usual
canoeing, hiking and overnight tenting experience to camps with
religious-based curriculum and those with specialized programs

Our affordable summer camp is for children
ages 6-11, we keep them learning while they are having fun. We
have tons to offer including field trips, arts/crafts, weekly
science activities, cooking activities, and academic tutoring.
This year the children
will travel the road that leads to fun! Summer camp hours are

only take 60 campers per day. Senior Counselors are certified in
CPR and First Aid.
Campers never leave campus. "Field Trips" come to us and
are included in your weekly fees. They include the Memphis Zoo,
Memphis Children's Museum, and Petting Farm. Weekly activities
include crafts, water day, electronics day and bring your wheels
to camp day. Campers will have the option of attending our
over-night Kid's Kamp during the week of July 5th - 8th for a

educators, this engaging program immerses children in grades one
through six in hands-on, inquiry-based activities disguised as
fun. In the CREATE Program, children are challenged to survive
on an alien planet, green up a polluted city, and design
amusement park rides. In the SPARK Program, explore the world's
most innovative animals, investigate the science behind bouncy
balls and create one to take home, build a clubhouse and crack
mysterious codes to solve a mystery. Both programs, younger
children will take apart discarded household appliances and
create fantasy inventions, while older children will use the
pieces and parts to build Rube Goldberg machines. Children will

Collage’s 2011 Summer Intensive will
provide a rare opportunity for dancers in
Memphis
to train and learn from leading professional dance artists from Washington DC,
New York, Atlanta and California. For
three weeks, students ages 10-24 will be put through a rigorous
pre-professional dance experience to expose students to the
demands of the craft and to encourage a strong work ethic.

student interested in theatre regardless of experience. All of

introduction on the proper way to audition is an element of the
classes. Additionally, the students create pieces which are
presented in a performance on the last day of the session.

Dance instruction will introduce students to ballet, tap, jazz,
and modern styles. Classes will provide the basic tools needed
to feel confident in performing in public. One or more theatre
specialty classes will also be taught. The session culminates in
performance on the last day.

Camp dates: June 23 through June 29. To qualify for Camp
Good Times, campers must be at least 6 years of age, ambulatory,
toilet trained, and able to complete basic self help skills with
minimal assistance. Cabin assignments are based on sex and age
and usually contain 4 – 6 campers with 2 – 3 counselors. Daily

Hopewell
has provided Christian hospitality and programs for people of
all ages. The
center operates year round and provides exciting summer camp
programs for children and youth in June and July.
Special programs include two sessions for children and
youth with diabetes.
One week for families who have a child with cancer is
supported by the generosity of many people and is offered
without charge.
The camp is on 267 forested acres with two lakes totaling
about 50 acres. All
the residence cabins are air conditioned for greater comfort and
